Return & Refund Policy

At Green Zen, we take pride in the quality and care of every design, plant, and product we deliver. Our mission is to create calm, beautiful spaces — and that includes a smooth, respectful experience for our clients.

Custom design & installation services

Due to the bespoke nature of our biophilic design services and installations, returns or refunds are not applicable once a project has commenced or been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with an aspect of the final delivery, we are committed to resolving issues promptly through modifications or replacements where possible.

Product purchases (accessories & décor)

For physical products (e.g. planters, décor pieces, and bagged mulch), you may return unused items within 7 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Please note:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

• Your order or project reference
• Photos (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue
